About Lorena Miguelez
With over two decades of experience across Australia and Europe, Lorena Miguelez is a passionate and highly respected force in the live music and events industry. As the founder and director of Luna Live, she brings a unique blend of strategic insight, creative flair, and operational expertise to every project she undertakes.

Originally from Spain, Lorena holds a degree in Marketing and Publicity and has completed post-graduate studies in Digital Marketing at RMIT. After relocating to Australia in 2008, she collaborated with the Spanish Consulate in Melbourne as the Counsellor of Education and Culture, balancing diplomatic responsibilities with a growing involvement in the local music scene.

During this time, she also worked as the programmer and booker at the Spanish Club in Fitzroy — a role through which she helped revitalise the venue’s cultural offerings by supporting live music programming that transformed the space into a much-loved music hub.

Lorena has since worked with many of Australia’s most iconic artists — including Tim Rogers, Sarah Blasko, The Stems, The Black Sorrows, Richard Clapton, Kate Ceberano, Vanessa Amorosi, Tex Perkins, and Ross Wilson — and has built strong relationships with leading agencies, venues, and festivals nationwide.

Whether managing logistics, tour planning, artist liaison, or marketing strategy, Lorena is known for her professionalism, warmth, and deep love of live music — a passion that resonates through every project she leads.
